Michael, Aida, Sayel, Saeid, Juliet and Janet Sweis (collectively "Sweises") have sued Trans World Airlines, Inc. ("TWA") for damages arising from a terrorist attack that occurred in the terminal building of Rome's Leonardo Da Vinci Airport on the morning Sweises (other than Michael) were scheduled to fly on TWA to Chicago.
