("CCSI"), alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("the Act"), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692 et seq., and intentional infliction of emotional distress, arising out of efforts by CCSI to collect on Meads' overdue Visa credit card account.
