MUNSON, J.

Larry Henry Knauff appeals his convictions as an accomplice to three counts of second degree burglary, contending: (1) his speedy trial rights were violated; (2) there was insufficient evidence to support verdicts of guilty; and (3) the court erred in denying his motion for mistrial based on the prosecutor's references to certain of his prior convictions. We affirm.
