At issue in this appeal is whether the trial court erred by dismissing plaintiffs' negligence and loss of consortium claims. On October 20, 1980, Edward and Lois Reichelt sued 28 asbestos manufacturers and distributors for injuries sustained as a result of Edward Reichelt's exposure to asbestos.
