CORCORAN, Judge.

Appellant Ronnie Lee Cain (defendant), age 19, was originally charged with three counts of sexual conduct with a minor under 15 years of age, class 2 felonies and dangerous crimes against children. He was alleged in three counts to have had oral sexual contact with a 5-year-old girl on one occasion and sexual intercourse with her on two occasions while he was babysitting her. Cain waived his preliminary hearing pursuant to a plea agreement...
