The People appeal from a written ruling of the juvenile court judge, which held a sentencing provision of the Colorado Children's Code unconstitutional based on denial of due process and equal protection of the law. Appellees D.G. and J.C.S. had both been adjudicated delinquent and placed on probation. Both had allegedly engaged in acts which, if proven, would result in revocation of their probation.
