DEITS, Judge.

Defendant appeals from a judgment granting plaintiffs an implied easement across defendant's property. We modify the judgment.

In 1956, plaintiffs and defendant and her now deceased husband jointly purchased 400 acres of land in Curry County.1 Plaintiffs moved into an existing house on the property, and defendant built a home. Both houses are on the north side of the Winchuck River, which cuts through the property...
