This is an appeal by a hospital patient from a final order authorizing a public hospital to administer involuntary blood transfusions to the said patient over the latter's religious objections. As in St. Mary's Hospital v. Ramsey, 465 So.2d 666 (Fla. 4th DCA 1985), we are confronted with the question of whether a competent adult has a lawful right to refuse a blood transfusion without which she may very well...
