This case arises over a dispute as to the effect and extent of an easement and right-of-way executed on March 9, 1957 by Norman Palm as grantor, to the United States of America as grantee. The easement for a right-of-way or access road traverses real property owned by the plaintiff, Palm Livestock Company, in Carbon County, Wyoming, sections 23 and 25, Township 20 North, Range 82 West, 6th Principal Meridian.
