Plaintiff Local 3-7 of the International Woodworkers of America (Union) brings this action against defendant DAW Forest Products Co. (Company) for breach of an alleged contract, pursuant to section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act (LMRA), 29 U.S.C. § 185. Trial was to the court. I find for the Company.
