Appellant pled guilty by agreement to the offense of leaving the scene of an accident involving personal injury, an open-ended class 6 felony. The court sentenced appellant to three years' probation, which included 121 days in the Pima County Jail, and ordered payment of restitution to the accident victim in the amount of $6,130.65.
