LACAGNINA, Judge.

Juanita C. Galindo appeals from a judgment in favor of TMT Transportation, Inc. and Salvatore G. Robles denying her damages for the wrongful death of her adult son, Jose Galindo, a pedestrian struck by a truck on Interstate 10 on January 5, 1982. She claims that the trial court erroneously refused her offered instructions advising the jury that if her son's mental condition prevented him from realizing the consequences of his acts...
