GERBER, Judge.

On July 17, 1984, William James Mance, Jr. (defendant) was involved in a motor vehicle accident and was arrested for driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. At the police station, a gas chromatographic intoximeter test was administered and a .20 reading was obtained.
