The state charged appellant with trafficking in cocaine and conspiracy to traffic in cocaine, each punishable by a mandatory minimum sentence of fifteen years. Appellant agreed to plead guilty to trafficking in cocaine in excess of four hundred grams and to render substantial assistance in the form of a statement to the prosecutor.
