This case involves a dispute over the price to be paid to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation by an assuming bank for the furniture, fixtures and equipment of a failed bank. This court has jurisdiction over the case pursuant to 12 U.S.C. § 1819 and 28 U.S.C. § 1331.
