This is an appeal from an order taxing costs against the defendants/appellants.

The first issue is whether the court erred in taxing costs against the defendants for both trials, the first having resulted in a hung jury and consequent mistrial, the second having resulted in a verdict and judgment in favor of the plaintiff. We hold that this was proper.
