OPINION

HILL, Justice.

Brian Lewis Carter appeals his conviction by a jury of the offense of driving while his license was suspended. The jury assessed his punishment at two months confinement in the Dallas County Jail and a $500 fine. We are without a statement of facts because the trial court sustained the State's motion controverting Carter's claim of indigency as related to payment for the statement of facts.
