This is an appeal from a final order of the Florida Board of Medical Examiners for disciplinary action against appellant, Dr. Steven Van Ore.

Van Ore was initially charged in an administrative complaint with forty-one counts of malpractice. He moved to dismiss on grounds that there was an insufficient probable cause determination. The Department of Professional Regulation countered that the motion to dismiss was untimely and any alleged error...
