EL CAMINO MORTGAGE CORP. v. RUDT

No. 85-2800.

489 So.2d 872 (1986)

EL CAMINO MORTGAGE CORP., Appellant, v. Sam RUDT and Mollie Rudt, His Wife, Appellees.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

June 10, 1986.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Jeffrey D. Swartz, for appellant.

William J. McPharlin, for appellees.

Before BARKDULL, BASKIN and DANIEL S. PEARSON, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

Finding that substantial competent evidence supports the trial court's determination that El Camino Mortgage Corp. [El Camino] held title to the subject property for El Camino's own benefit and not as trustee for another, we affirm the order denying El Camino's Motion for Discharge of Sheriff's Levy. See Helman v. Seaboard Coast Line Railroad, 349 So.2d 1187 (Fla. 1977).
