El Paso Natural Gas Company is, and has been for many years, a major interstate natural gas pipeline. As such, it owns and operates about 9,500 gas producing wells. Its gas delivery system consists of 21,000 miles of pipeline and necessary facilities connected therewith. Three thousand two hundred of its gas wells are on property located in the San Juan Basin in New Mexico and are the subjects of the assignments the validity...
