This case comes before us on defendant's appeal from his conviction in Ramsey County District Court for murder in the first degree. Specifically, defendant claims: (1) the evidence was insufficient on which to base a conviction; (2) his right to due process of law was violated by the admission of certain testimony; (3) the trial court committed reversible error in denying his pretrial motion for a change of venue; and (4) two of his three convictions...
