MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

LEISURE, District Judge:

In this suit for breach of contract1 defendants Apex Oil Co., Goldstein Oil Co. and Novelly Oil Co. (collectively "Apex") have moved pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted, or in the alternative, to transfer this action to the Eastern District of Missouri under 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a)
