Defendant, James Martin, was indicted for second degree murder, convicted by a jury of that same charge, and sentenced to life imprisonment, without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence. Defendant appeals his conviction and sentence alleging 12 assignments of error. Because none of the assignments of error have merit, the defendant's conviction and sentence are affirmed.
