Vertecs Corporation (Vertecs) appeals dismissal of its action against Parker, Smith & Feek, Inc. (Parker), and John and Jane Doe Zefkeles pursuant to CR 41(b)(3), and the earlier summary judgment dismissing its claim against Spence Pitts Insurance, Inc. (Spence Pitts). We affirm.
