This is a lawsuit for damages arising from the breach of a lease agreement. The plaintiff is lessor, Lennie Redwine Pylate, and defendants are lessee, William M. Inabnet and Pioneer Investment of Tensas Parish, Inc., the assignee of the lease. The defendants also appeared as plaintiffs in reconvention, contending the lease was breached by Pylate and asking for damages resulting from that breach, for compensation for improvements to the property...
