DUDLEY, Justice.

Appellant, Richard Alan Curry, was convicted of the crime of possession of a controlled substance, methaqualone, under the Arkansas Uniform Controlled Substances Act. On appeal he contends that the Act must be declared invalid for either of two reasons: First, it is an unconstitutional delegation of legislative authority and, second, it violates the fair notice requirements of due process of law.
