Jones and Dona Jones, husband and wife, appeal district court orders holding each of them in contempt of court for refusing to answer questions concerning their assets and financial affairs at separate judgment debtor examinations. The Joneses had asserted their Fifth Amendment privilege against compulsory self-incrimination in refusing to answer the questions.
