These consolidated appeals stem from a real estate transaction which became the subject of a disciplinary hearing before the Nevada Real Estate Advisory Commission ("Commission"). At the conclusion of the hearing the Commission revoked the real estate corporate broker's license of Gerald Ransdell and the salesman's licenses of husband and wife, Robert Jones and Vickie Jones.
