In this case, appellants Tilman Hoskie, a minor, and his parents, Pauline and Jimmy Hoskie, argue that they were awarded insufficient damages in their medical malpractice suit against the United States brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2671-2680 (1976).
