Plaintiff brings this action under the antitrust laws of the United States, seeking permanent injunctive relief and treble damages pursuant to Sections 4 and 16 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 15 and 26, for defendant's alleged violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1.
