Plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment invokes review under the Wunderlich Act1 of General Services Board of Contract Appeals (board) Decision No. 2975,2 denying plaintiff the greater part of the relief it requested under the changes clause in its contract with defendant General Services Administration.
