PETRICH, J.

Allen Realty Company, Inc., appeals the judgment of the trial court which declared plaintiffs Robert and Jean Dunbabin to be the equitable owners of certain real property and which dismissed defendant's counterclaim alleging forfeiture of a real estate contract by plaintiffs. We affirm the judgment of the trial court in all respects.
