WERKER, District Judge.

This is a motion for a preliminary injunction restraining the production of a motion picture, "Tarzan, The Ape Man," currently being developed for production by defendant Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Inc. ("MGM"). A hearing on plaintiffs' application was held on May 23, 27, and 28, 1980, at the conclusion of which the Court indicated it was going to deny the motion.
