Plaintiff, Robert M. Laff, a dentist, brought this action for breach of an alleged contract for royalties for the use of a trade secret. The trial court found that the defendant, John O. Butler Company, had agreed to pay royalties to plaintiff for the use of his formula in manufacturing a dental product.
