Plaintiff Italian Book Corporation ("I.B. Corp.") brought this action for copyright infringement against defendant American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. ("ABC"). The substantive law is found in Title 17, United States Code, and the Court's jurisdiction derives from 28 U.S.C.A. § 1338. ABC being a New York corporation with its principal office in Manhattan, venue is properly laid under 28 U.S.C.A....
