Plaintiffs, the owners of residential lots in Lakepointe Village Subdivision #1 in Plymouth Township, brought this class action in Wayne County Circuit Court seeking to enjoin the defendant State Highway Commission from carrying out plans to construct Highway M-14. From the trial court's resolution in favor of plaintiffs by way of summary judgment, defendant appeals.
