This suit involves a claim for total and permanent disability under the Occupational Disease section of our workmen's compensation law, LSA R.S. 23:1031.1. After trial on the merits plaintiff, Buster Chivoletto, was awarded $49.00 a week not to exceed 100 weeks for loss of a bodily function.
