Three criminal complaints were filed against defendant alleging that he violated certain provisions of Regulation 7014 of the Bureau of Weights and Measures of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The regulation related to the processing and sale of bulk meat.

After a hearing before a district justice, on facts stipulated by counsel, defendant was convicted and fined $25 on each count and in default of the payment thereof to undergo...
