The defendant has appealed from conviction of the crime of delivery of a controlled substance, marijuana. At trial, the defendant readily admitted that he had delivered two marijuana cigarettes on August 31, 1972, to one of two undercover narcotics agents whom he had known for about a week. He asserted the defense of entrapment, but the trial court refused to present the jury with any instruction
