McKinley Grayson was plaintiff and Joseph M. Poy was defendant in a suit for damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of Grayson having been bitten by a dog owned by Poy. The case was tried in the Circuit Court of Coahoma County where a jury returned a verdict for Grayson. Poy appeals.
