Defendant was charged with one count of menacing, ORS 163.190, and four counts of criminal activity in drugs, ORS 167.207, for possession of marihuana, Numorphan, MDA (alpha-methyl-3-4-methylenedioxyphenethylamine), and cocaine. A jury found him not guilty of menacing and possession of marihuana, and guilty of the other three counts of criminal activity in drugs. The trial judge entered a single conviction...
