This is an appeal from a criminal conviction in the district court. The defendant-appellant, William Darryl Blakemore, was convicted in the court below on a charge of possessing a sawed-off .12 gauge shotgun in violation of 26 U. S.C. § 5861(d). He was given a five year sentence to run concurrently with a ten year sentence he had received in state court for armed robbery.
