The defendant George G. Lora in one information was charged with four burglaries, one rape, one battery and one attempted rape. The jury returned a verdict of guilty on each of these seven counts. The charges arose from a series of four burglaries occurring between October 9, 1970, and March 25, 1971, in one neighborhood in Wichita, Kansas. The burglaries occurred at the Young residence at 263 Bonnie Brae...
