Betty Rae Stafford was convicted by a jury of second degree murder arising from the death of her husband James O. Stafford (K.S.A. 1972 Supp. 21-3402) and of falsely reporting a crime (K.S.A. 1972 Supp. 21-3818). New trial was denied, sentence was pronounced and Mrs. Stafford now appeals.
