On October 15, 1970 Green Construction brought an interpleader action naming as defendants, Alvin P. Nelson, Mary Isabel Buzby (Administratrix of the Estate of Jayson G. Buzby), Agatha Williamee Radmer and others who claim to derive an interest out of the estate of Clair B. Williamee.
