In the District Court, Jackson County, Case No. CFR-73-62, appellant, Lewis Eugene Lauen, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted upon his plea of guilty for the offense of Burglary of an Automobile. His punishment was fixed at two (2) years imprisonment, one of which was suspended. On an application for a Writ of Certiorari was filed with this Court...
