In this case the government appeals from an order entered by a District Judge in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio granting defendant's motion for suppression of evidence in an organized gambling case. The evidence, which was seized under an admittedly valid search warrant, represents work sheets of a sports and horse book betting business.
