PER CURIAM:

Each of the appellants has been subpoenaed to testify on behalf of the Government in the Trial of United States v. Ahmad, Crim. No. 14,950, a case pending in the Middle District of Pennsylvania. On January 7, 1972 the appellants filed in the district court a motion to quash the subpoenas on the ground that the subpoenas and the testimony which would be sought from them in the trial are the fruit of unlawful electronic surveillance...
