John Albert Maddox was charged by information with forcible rape, conspiracy to commit rape, assault to commit rape, kidnapping, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, and accessory during the fact to rape, C. R.S.1963, 40-2-25, 40-7-35, 40-2-34, 40-2-44, 40-7-35, and 40-1-12, respectively.
