On February 15, 1970, Perry Cariglia was killed and plaintiff Martin J. Cariglia was injured in a head-on automobile collision in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Plaintiff Martin M. Cariglia brings this suit as best friend of his son Martin and as administrator and surviving father of Perry.
